Task items can be created by Vision(X) users to inform other team members of action items related to patient needs. This tutorial will demonstrate how to create task items directly from a patient profile.
Select a Patient Profile
Select a patient profile. The "Search Patient" field is always visible at the top of your Vision(X) site. Select this field to search for any patient by name:
Alternatively, users can select a patient from Today's Appointments list, or from the Patients tab directly:

When viewing a patient profile, look to the box near the upper-right-hand side of your screen, below the patient's ledger balances summary. Select the "Tasks" tab from the four available options, then "Add New" to open the menu:

You can use the box on the left-hand-side of your screen to view tasks that you have already completed, tasks that you have previously created, and/or tasks that you have marked as "Archived."
To create a new task item, select "To do", then click New Task":
In the New Task builder menu, select a recipient for the "To" field, then use the free text "Task" field to describe the request that you're assigning. When finished, click "Create Task" to save your item:
The Task Item is Now Saved!
Once saved, your task is automatically transmitted to the selected assignee. The task item is now visible from the Tasks tab list on the patient's profile page. Previously created task items for this page can be viewed/edited at any time by re-opening this menu:
