Proposed
"Proposed" status: The appointment has been requested, but not yet confirmed by all participants.
Pending
"Pending" status: Some participants have been confirmed, but others have not.
Booked
"Booked" status: All participants have confirmed, and the appointment is officially scheduled.
Arrived
"Arrived" status: The patient has arrived for the scheduled appointment.
Fulfilled
"Pending" status: The appointment has taken place and is now completed.
Cancelled
"Cancelled" status: The appointment has been cancelled.
