After a prescription order draft has been created, it remains in the patient's Orders Drafts history, as well as in the Orders tab. This tutorial will explore the process of processing a prescription eyeglasses order from draft status through ready to order status for further processing.
Select a Draft Order
When a new order draft is saved... The order will display. While the order remains in draft status, it can still be edited as needed to add or remove elements as needed. If no changes remain to be made, select from any existing patient invoices, or click "New Invoice":
Edit the Invoice
A new invoice will display, with the order appearing in the "Invoice Items" field alongside payer and pricing information:
Open the line items to make any adjustments as needed. When all values are placed and the summary totals displayed on the invoice are correct, click "Collect Patient Payment:

The payment menu will open from the right-hand side of the screen. Enter payment values, then click "Post Payment":
