This tutorial will demonstrate how to log-in to your Vision(X) site, as well as how to re-set a user password credential with a working email address.
Quick-Start
The different parts of your Vision(X) site can be accessed using direct links in the panel on the left-hand side of your screen. Click the arrow at the bottom of the screen to open/collapse this menu as needed:
Home Tab
The Home tab is the default landing page when you log into Vision(X). It contains quikc-glance information related to your practice operations and performance, as well as quick links to view today's schedule and/or find patient profiles:
Patients Tab
The Patients tab can be used to quickly locate patient profile pages containing important personal and billing information, as well as patient-specific histories of engagement with your practice (appointments, prescriptions, etc.) Click the Patients tab icon or search for any patient in your Vision(X) site:
Click any patient name to view their individual profile page:
Scheduler Tab
The Scheduler tab appears based on each user's selection of View Types. Click the "eye" icon to select from different view types, and familiarize yourself with your practice’s preferences for scheduling:
Orders Tab
The Orders tab contains a searchable directory of all orders created in your Vision(X) site. Use this tab to search for orders and complete steps related to processing through final dispensing statuses:
Billing Tab
Billing contains all of your site's patient invoices, insurance claims, and remittance records. Use this tab for processing advanced billing and to create records of payments received from Insurance payers.
Recall Tab
Use the Recall tab to create follow-up orders to deliver communications from your practice to each patient for things like annual eye exam reminders:
Settings Tab
Use the settings tab to configure your sites and user settings.
NOTE: Not all user profile types are empowered to make Settings changes in Vision(X)
Vision(X) Support
Support for using your Vision(X) site is always just a click away. Select the "Support" link from the main navigation panel to be taken to the Vision(X) Knowledge Base, which contains a searchable library of workflow tutorials as well as the contact form to submit a ticket for advanced VX support:
