How to Add an Event to Your Practice Calendar

The Schedule tab includes options for adding various items to your practice calendar, including new events, notes, and patient appointments. This article will explore how to add a new event item to your practice's Vision(X) calendar.

Schedule Additions Options

In the Schedule tab, look to the icons in the upper-right hand side of the screen to locate the "Add" (+) button. Select the desired type of addition you wish to create from the menu list:

Event Creation Menu

The Event Creation menu will appear. Enter values for the required fields (marked by blue asterisk), then add information as necessary in the Event Description field. When finished, click "SAVE":

Success!

You will receive a confirmation message that the Schedule Event has been saved, and the event is now visible on your practice calendar. Hover your cursor on the event for options to edit (pencil icon) or delete (trash can icon) the item as needed:
