How to Edit a Single-Day Schedule

The Schedule tab includes options for adding various items to your practice calendar, including new events, notes, and patient appointments. This article will explore how to add a new note item to your practice's Vision(X) calendar.

Schedule Additions Options

In the Schedule tab, look to the icons in the upper-right hand side of the screen to locate the "Add" (+) button. Select "Edit Single-Day Schedule":

The edits menu will appear. If a schedule-edit already exists for this day on your calendar, you can use the "Copy from Room" toggle to duplicate the event for a different room, then make additional edits as needed. If no schedule edit already exists for this day, use the "Create new" toggle and enter values for the required fields (marked by blue asterisk.) Then add information as necessary in the Slot Notes field before proceeding to the rest of the menu fields:

Scroll down to complete the remaining required fields. When finished, click "Confirm":

Success!

You will receive a confirmation message that the schedule edit has been saved.
