This tutorial will demonstrate how to create a new patient recall item directly to a patient profile.
Select a Patient Profile
Select a patient profile The "Search Patient" field is always visible at the top of your Vision(X) site. Select this field to search for any patient by name:
Alternatively, users can select a patient from Today's Appointments list, or from the Patients tab directly:

When viewing a patient profile, look to the box near the upper-right-hand side of your screen, below the patient's ledger balances summary. Select the "Recalls" tab from the four available options, then "Add New" to open the menu:

Enter values for all required fields (marked by blue asterisk), including recall reason, date, and preferred message delivery method. When finished, click "Save":
The Patient Recall is Now Saved!
You will receive a confirmation message that the recall item is now saved. The recalls list will remain open. Click "Add new recall" to add another item to this list, or close the menu:
The recall is now visible on the patient's profile page. The item can further be edited (pencil icon) or removed (X) as needed:
