Glossary of Vision(X) User Role Types (WORKING INFO)

Every user profile in any Vision(X) site is assigned at least one (or more) roles related to their functions in the organization. These roles are selected as part of creating a new user profile, and can be edited at any time. The following is a glossary of user role types, as well as their corresponding permissions within your Vision(X) sites:

Super Administrator

Organization Manager

Owner/operator, oversees all practice locations in an organization

Practice Manager

Technician

Optician

Responsible for sales and dispensing processes for optical products.
