Engage is used to create communication campaigns related to patients' next recommended visit or service. This article will explore how to create a custome Campaign in your Vision(X) site.
From the Engage Tab
Select the "Campaign" sub-tab, then click "+New Custom Campaign":
Campaign Setup
The Campaign Setup menu will appear. Enter values for required fields (marked by blue asterisk). When a Content Set is selected, users will be given the option to mark content as active/inactive, make edits to existing content, and/or add additional custom content. When ready, click "Next":
Configure Target Criteria
Next, select a Target Segment (if applicable) for your campaign recipients, as well as when you want the campaign to start (immediately, or schedule for later.) Enter values for all required fields, and when ready click "Next":
Review
Your prior selections are now presented for review. Make any necessary changes using the Edit buttons, then click "Confirm" when ready:
Success!
Your new custom campaign is now saved to your site, and can be accessed at any time via the Campaigns list in your Engage tab.
