This tutorial will demonstrate how to configure a new room for use in your Vision(X) site.
Select a Vision(X) Location
In the Settings > Setup tab, select the "Location" toggle to view the list of this org's locations. Select the appropriate location, then click the "View" button in the "Actions" column:
Select "Rooms" for this location:
The list of rooms currently configured for this location will display. Click "View" for any room to view/edit its individual details, or click "+Add Room" to create a new room for this location:
Create New Room
The "Create New Room" menu will appear. Enter information for all required fields (marked by blue asterisk), as well as any other relevant settings, then click "Save":
