How to Add/Edit/Delete Notes to a Patient Record

Patient notes are added under Patient Summary. Notes are recorded with the time and date stamp, the user that entered (or modified) the note and the note details.

1. Locate the Patient Record > Click Summary > Click the New Note button

2. Type in the note details in the available box > Click "Add"

The note is saved with the date and time stamp. To read the entire note click the date/time hyperlink

4. The note in its entirety opens. Click "Edit" to make any changes

5. Make the change and click "Save"

NOTE: from here you can also delete the entire note by clicking "Delete"
