How do I Modify Office Hours for Just a Day?

From the Scheduler Tab, you can override a locations default office hours on a specific date.

1. Select the Scheduler Tab

This feature is available on both the Appointments and Calendar view.

2. Click Office Hours

3. The default Office Hours are displayed

4. Select No Split or Split Day and enter the times you want to use to override the default

Note: Another scenario is the default office hours are open and you want to override with closed.

5. The day is now available to schedule appointments

  • GREEN - indicates the resource is not available
  • WHITE - times that are open and available for scheduling
  • GREY - times that are closed
