Posting an Rx Order to an Invoice, Taking Payment, Submitting Order

1. Click Post to Invoice

2. Click Post to New Invoice

3. New Invoice opens with the Order attached

If there are any changes that need to be made, simply click the Order number to re-open the Order.

4. Click Pay

5. Payment window opens

6. Enter the Payment Details and complete the required fields

7. Click Save

Click Save will also Post the Invoice and change the Rx Order to "Ready to Order" Status

8. Click No

9. Click Save

10. The Invoice is Posted and the Order is in the"Ready to Order" status

If they need to print a receipt days later you can print a copy of the Invoice. This is not required at the time of Check-out.

11. (Optional) From the Invoice > Click Print

11.1. The invoice PDF will open > Print the PDF for the Member > Close the PDF to return to the Invoice

12. From the Patients Tab Summary under Prescription Orders > Click the Order that is "Ready to Order"

13. The Order opens > Click Submit

14. Order is submitted > Two E-Order #s are created > Click Close

For eyeglasses, there MUST be TWO E-Order #s. SPxxxxxx is for the lenses and FRxxxxxx is for the Frames. You will only see a status posted next to the Spectacle lens. The Frames will not have a status. The Frames and Lenses are both sent to Essilor and only one status is needed.

15. Notice the Order now says "Sent to Supplier" under status

16. Collect the payment from the patient in the POS

17. Click Print Order

18. A PDF is created > Click the Printer icon
