Save Rx Order as a Quote and Post to Invoice at a Later Time
If the customer is not ready to purchase the glasses, you can save the Rx Order as a Quote instead of posting it to an Invoice. Then, at a later time or date you can open the Quote and post it to an Invoice. Here are the steps.
1. With the Order open > Click Save to save order as a Quote
Post a Quote to an Invoice
2. Locate the Quote from the Patient Summary > Click on the Order number to open
3. With the Quote open > Click Post to Invoice
4. Click Post to New Invoice
5. New Invoice is created
