How to Add $25 Service Fee when Using a Patient Owned Frame

1. Create the order and select "Patient's Own"

2. Once you have posted the order to the Invoice > Click "Misc Item" at the bottom of the Invoice

3. Click the dropdown on the new line where it says "Select Item"

4. Select "Patient Owned Frame"

The $25 service fee is now added.

5. Once complete, click Pay to complete Order
