How to Create a Lens Only Remake using a Write-Off
1. Click Rx Order
2. Eyeglasses
3. Click Import Rx
4. MAKE ANY PRESCRIPTION OR LENS UPDATES
5. Scroll to the Frame section
6. Click Patient's Own > Click Lookup Frame > Enter the Frame Information
7. Select the Frame Type
8. Enter Special Instructions to Supplier about the reason for the remake > Click Post to Invoice
Post to Invoice and Write-Off
9. Click Post to Invoice
10. Click Post to New Invoice
11. Click Post (this will then display Write-Off button)
12. Click Write-Off
13. Enter the total amount of the lens line items to write-off > Select "RMK Lens ..." Reason > Click Save
